Over the years we have used a lot of gear and have a very good idea of what works well and what doesn’t; We know how important it is to have the right gear and have therefore selected the best products from the best suppliers to bring you a range of top quality outdoor gear and accessories.
Free Delivery
If you live in the UK it doesn’t matter what you buy from us we will always delivery it free of charge. However if you want it quicker than our standard ‘Free Delivery’. Just choose one of the two options below at the checkout.
You can choose from two further options:
Priority – Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days)
Express – Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day
Returns - No Problem!
Full orders or part-orders can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days for a full refund.
As long as the goods are unused (i.e. in a re-sellable condition), in their original packaging and all their labels are intact We will aim to refund your credit card or paypal account within 3 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange any item we will post the replacement out to you free of charge.
Sometime items sent out to you may be faulty, if you are unlucky enough to have a faulty item then please get in touch and we will pay all your postage costs and refund or replace the item. If however the item becomes faulty outside of 30 days then please contact us and we will do our best to get you a replacement from the brand concerned
Everything in Stock
We try hard to ensure that all items are in stock all the time, however, we may not always get this right. In the unlikely event that we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will email or phone you to advise.
You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point or take part delivery or cancel the order.
If an item that you wish to buy is out of stock, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to get hold of the item for you.
